Need Help Getting Started?
As a first step, try to think about your audience and put yourself in their shoes.
What is it that will "hook" your customer's interest and prompt them to read your message?
People are driven to learn more about topics relevant to their needs and interests.
How does your product or service provide a solution to their problem?
No offense, but why should they care?
What are the benefits of your product and service over your competition?
Is your contact information prominent? Do you have both a telephone number and a web site address listed?

What about Images?
You can start with your company logo.
You might have that in black and white, color, reversed, or another style. Start by uploading your file to image bank.
Keep in mind that you want to upload the LARGEST file you have, especially if you are planning to use it on any banners. Our banners print to 3 ft. x 6ft. so the bigger the better. If you need some help getting your logo in shape for use or just want to check to see whether you've got what you need for the system, please contact us.
Next, think about how you are going to use the system.
Is sales support your primary need? What about fast direct mail postcards or sales sheets? You will want to upload any images related to these needs to the image bank.

Let's talk about templates!
When considering which templates to use, keep in mind the orientation of the images you have to determine which layout would best accept your photos.
We offer quite a few, so there should be at least one to fit your needs. Just select a template type and place your mouse on any selected layout. We have a preview for you to represent what could be created from the template. If you can't find what you're looking for, send us a quick note, and your request just may be included for the next round of template updates. Or you can contact us to create customized templates for your company.
How does the ordering process work?
After you finish customizing your layout, you must save your work to proof it. Proofing is the next step to ensure order accuracy.
Proofing is the first of three opportunities for you to preview your work prior to submitting to print. After you proof your created piece for the first time, you can make changes or save it to be available for ordering. If you choose to save it for ordering, your file will be transferred to the Place an Order screen.
On the Place an order screen, you will have your second opportunity to make selections for your order and proof your file again. Here is where you select the quantity of your order and preview pricing determined by your selection. You may also be presented with material options and can select whether to print through the system or download a file for your own printing options. Once you complete all your selections, you process your order. This initiates your order, but does NOT send your order to the printer.
The order confirmation process is critical to your order's completion. Not only does this step help prevent accidental ordering, it allows you one final chance to preview and make changes to your selected file. You will receive an email with your order details and a request to confirm your order to send to the printer. You must click the link to preview your created piece for the third and last time, and actively choose to send it to the printer. Once you confirm your order, your request will be sent to a printer and your account will be charged. So, please take note of your emailed order initiation message. Your order won't be submitted until you activate it.
After your order is processed, you will see it in your Order History list. You will also receive one last email relating to your order, confirming that it has been processed.
