What if I would like to duplicate a layout I already have?
As a part of your licensing fee, Intermark provides a few custom layouts specific for your licensed users. The number of custom layouts is determined by your licensing level. If you require additional layouts, we will be happy to work with you on an as-needed basis for your individual needs.
What sort of images work best in the system?
The system accepts widely recognized image formats, including:
The preferred image format is .jpg. The higher the resolution, the better--especially if you are intending to create outdoor banners.
How large do the images need to be in order to print the best-looking banners?
Intermark recommends that you use a file that is no smaller than 3 x 1 aspect ratio. If you aren't familiar with how large that is, please contact us. Or as a quick check, your image will probably need to be at least 1 MB.
How can I tell how large my image is?
To find out how large your image is in terms of file size, locate your image on your computer. Right click the file name and select "Properties". On the "General" tab, you will have a lot of statistics listed, but toward the bottom, you should have "Size" listed in bytes. Divide this number by 1000, and you will learn how many megabytes or MB your file is.
What does the system do to prevent accidental orders?
Intermark's PixelMix system offers 3 steps in the order process, which are designed to prevent accidental orders.
Two opportunities are presented within the path of the order within the system. The third and final step is an active process where you must select to send your file to the printer. This last step is presented within an email, which requires you to log in to complete the order process.
Each step along the way provides the opportunity for you to proof your work and make any necessary edits.
Once you confirm your order, your request will be sent to a printer and your account will be charged. So, please take note of your emailed order initiation message. Your order won't be submitted until you activate it.
Are you accepting more beta user groups?
